Article 2. Application of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales concluded via the website [SITE NAME] between Jama Interiors and any non-commercial individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or the "Client"). The Client acknowledges having read these GTC at the time of placing the order and declares acceptance without reservation.

Article 3. Prices and Products

3.1 Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros (€) and are understoodexcluding Belgian VAT (excl. VAT). Delivery charges are billed additionally, and their amount is clearly indicated before the final validation of the order.

3.2 Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site. The photographs illustrating the products do not form part of the contractual scope.

Article 4. Order

The validation of an order on the Site implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. The sale is considered final after the Seller sends a confirmation email of the order.

Article 5. Payment Terms

Article 6. Delivery

6.1 Deadlines

The Seller commits to delivering the products within the timeframe indicated at the time of the order and before its final validation, or, in the absence of indication, no later thanthirty (30) daysafter the conclusion of the contract.

6.2 Transfer of Risks

The transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of the products is transferred to the Buyer at the moment they physically take possession of the goods.

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers)

7.1 Deadline

In accordance with Belgian and European law, the Buyer has a period offourteen (14) calendar daysfrom the day of receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

7.2 Terms

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify their decision to the Seller by an unambiguous statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email) to the address indicated in Article 1.

7.3 Return and Refund

The Buyer must return the goods no later thanfourteen (14) daysfollowing the communication of their decision to withdraw. The refund includes the price paid for the products and the initial standard delivery charges. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 8. Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by thelegal conformity warrantyfor a period oftwo (2) yearsfrom the delivery of the goods, in accordance with articles 1649bis and following of the former Belgian Civil Code. If the lack of conformity appears within the first six (6) months, it is presumed to exist at the time of delivery.

Article 9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Seller undertakes to process the personal data of the Buyer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected is used solely for the processing of the order and the management of the business relationship. A detailed Privacy Policy is available on the Site.

Article 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed byBelgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer Buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Mediation Service.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before thecompetent courts of the district of the Seller's registered office(or the consumer's domicile, at the latter's choice).
